We are looking for a highly skilled ICAE Manager to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in enhancing instrumentation and electrical reliability, minimizing operational risks, and driving efficient, cost-effective plant operations.
This role is pivotal in enhancing instrumentation and electrical reliability, minimizing operational risks, and driving efficient, cost-effective plant operations of Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia at North Sumatera, Indonesia. As a key leader, you will shape ICAE strategies, strengthen asset integrity, and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and sustainable performance across the plant
.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all instrumentation, control system, and electrical maintenance activities
- Manage systems includin g DCS, PLC, SIS, ESD, F&G, SCA DA, field instruments, and analyzers
- Ensure high reliability o f motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, UPS, VFDs, and generators
- Driv e preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance wit h HSE, electrical safety, hazardous area, and functional safety standar
- Lead root cause analysis, PM optimization, and reliability improvement programs
- Overse e calibration, testing, inspections, and certification records
- Suppor t MOC, plant modifications, commissioning, and start-up activities
- Lead shutdown preparation and execution for ICAE scopes
- Develop and coach engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors
- Manag e maintenance budgets, spare parts strategy, and asset lifecycle planning
- Maintain accurate records i n CMMS and compliance documentation

Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degre e in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, or Electronics Engineering
- Willing to be relocated to Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
- Professional English fluency
- 10–15 years’ exper ience in oleochemical, petrochemical, refinery, or chemical plants
- Minimum 5 years of leadership exper ience managing technical teams and contractors
- Strong expertis e in DCS, PLC, SIS, SCADA, F&G, and field instrumentation
- Strong knowledg e of electrical sy stems (MCC, transformers, UPS, VFDs, generators
- Familiarity with Profibus, Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, HART, Ethernet/IP, OPC
- Experience with ISO standards, HSE, CMMS, RCA, MOC, shutdown & commissioning
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
