Location
Hybrid role based in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA, with an initial on-site training period followed by a flexible hybrid schedule.

This role requires at least 1 year of litigation experience, active California Bar admission, and the ability to complete an on-site training period in Westwood.

Job Description
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
- Conduct legal research and case strategy development
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams
- Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
- For senior associates, mentor junior attorneys and gradually lead case teams
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
- 1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Confident verbal communication and client-facing ability
- Lemon law or personal injury exposure is a plus
- Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
