You'll combine meaningful in-home caregiving with office support-giving you the opportunity to help clients directly while building valuable administrative and professional skills.

Your Two-Part Role

In-Home Caregiver

You may assist clients with:

• Personal care and daily living activities.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Errands and medication reminders.
• Following care plans and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Noticing changes in a client's condition and communicating concerns.

Office Support

You may also help with:

• Scheduling and coordinating caregiver visits.
• Communicating with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Supporting phone calls and general office tasks.
• Organizing information and helping daily operations run smoothly.
• Ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality service.

Serving Communities Across the Tri-Valley Area

This position supports clients in:

• Auburn and Worcester
• Northbridge
• Uxbridge
• Upton
• Millville
• Blackstone
• Mendon
• Hopedale
• Milford
• Bellingham
• Medway

Some travel throughout the service area may be required.

Pay varies by position, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. Hybrid HHA pay starts at $22.00 per hour.

HHA or CNA experience is preferred. Office, scheduling, documentation, healthcare, or customer-service experience is a plus.
