Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
-Electrical repairs on miscallaneous equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and techniques
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
