What You’ll Do:
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and more.
- Manage and maintain company vehicle inventory.
- Assist with installations and system upgrades.
- Understand the value of preventive maintenance and what it can create.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
- Document service work using company software.
- Follow safety standards and best practices at all times.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training is a plus).
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work indoors, outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces.
