Compensation
💰 Base: $55,000–$65,000
📈 Commission: Uncapped
🎯 First-Year OTE: Approximately $120,000
🚗 Travel: Less than 10%
Kodiak Labor Solutions is recruiting for an established mechanical contractor seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to grow its retrofit, upgrade, remodel, and design/build business.
The right person will combine HVAC technical knowledge, estimating ability, customer relationship skills, and business development .
What You'll Do
- Identify commercial HVAC project opportunities
- Develop retrofit, equipment upgrade, remodel, and design/build solutions
- Conduct jobsite surveys and develop project scopes
- Estimate labor and material requirements
- Prepare and present customer proposals
- Develop new accounts while growing existing relationships
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams from opportunity development through project execution
Who We're Looking For
We're especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
Commercial HVAC | HVAC Service Sales | HVAC Project Sales | HVAC Estimating | Mechanical Contracting | HVAC Retrofits | Design/Build
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial, institutional, and/or industrial HVAC systems
- Ability to translate technical HVAC issues into customer-focused solutions
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience estimating or developing HVAC project scopes
- A track record of pursuing and developing business opportunities
- The motivation to work toward defined sales goals
