About the role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, and piping layouts using CAD software such as Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into building designs.
- Conduct site visits to inspect existing HVAC systems and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Develop detailed estimates for new installations or renovations based on project requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in the field of HVAC engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Revit and ability to create accurate drawings and models.
- Strong understanding of IBC (International Building Code) and ENS (Energy Efficiency Standards).
- Experience working with IBc (Integrated Building Commission) certification process.
