Human Resources Operations Administrator

About This Role

Working within a busy and high-performing HR team, the HR Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle while contributing to ongoing people process improvements and HR transformation initiatives. This opportunity is for an experienced HR Operations professional seeking a contract role within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across systems
• Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, letters, and employment references
• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers
• Support payroll and benefits administration through timely and accurate processing
• Coordinate absence management, family leave, and flexible working administration
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Operations role
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
