About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment due diligence
  • Assist in streamlining and optimizing onboarding procedures to enhance efficient while maintaining robust risk control measure
  • Assist in monitoring recruitment vendor expenses and service quality to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service standard
  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred
  • Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
  • Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel and PPT
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
