About the role
We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to support a growing manufacturing site during an exciting expansion. In this role, you'll partner with site leadership to drive employee engagement, workforce growth, onboarding, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while creating an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and site expansion.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, performance, and engagement, and recommend improvements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational change.
- Utilize Workday and HR data to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Experience using Workday and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR metrics, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- GMP, Quality, Manufacturing, or Clinical Research (CRO) experience is a plus.
