About This Role

This Human Resources Labor Officer role focuses on employee relations within the Group Human Resources Supervisory Department, contributing to the planning and operation of labor practices. The position suits an HR professional with experience in labor relations who can adapt to a rapidly changing environment and contribute to business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate systems and benefit programs related to working styles (e.g., working hour management, working conditions, benefit programs for diverse lifestyles)
• Plan and operate contract management operations for secondment, fixed-term, and indefinite-term employment contracts
• Plan and support improvement of operational efficiency by introducing BPR and RPA
• Revise rules and regulations
• Manage attendance
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Participate in projects within the team and across departments
• Engage in project management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in labor relations in a business firm
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
• Native-level Japanese proficiency

• Basic knowledge of labor laws

• Experience in an IT/Web related company
