About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist – People Operations & Talent to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for HR professionals looking to expand their expertise beyond recruiting into broader areas of People Operations, compliance, employee experience, and strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to support the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on enhancing operational HR functions. While recruiting remains a key component, the role emphasizes strengthening HR processes, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee support to ensure an exceptional associate experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing interpersonal engagement with process management, thrives in an organized environment, and is committed to accuracy and continuous improvement. The role is based in Dallas, TX, with potential for in-person work, and offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of HR experience or related HR work history
  • 4-year college degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • High School Degree or equivalent minimum qualification
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in making high-volume outbound calls
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with ATS systems and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates for contact center roles and coordinating quarterly new hire classes of 10-15 inside sales agents
  • Partner with hiring managers to fulfill operational roles through internal and external channels
  • Utilize various job boards and platforms to source qualified candidates and maintain a pipeline
  • Conduct initial phone screens, analyze responses, and develop candidate slates aligning with job requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events when needed
  • Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable employment laws across multiple states
  • Manage onboarding processes from offer to active status, including reference checks, background screening, and talent assessments
  • Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as benefits inquiries, data entry, I-9 processing, and unemployment claims
  • Create and distribute internal communications, including company news, initiatives, and event promotions
  • Assist with employee relations activities, documentation, and offboarding procedures
  • Monitor employee satisfaction surveys and compile data for reporting and improvement initiatives
