Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower coordination
• Coordinate training, employee development, and maintain training records
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
• Support performance appraisal, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives
• Maintain HR records, employment documentation, attendance, and leave administration
• Organize employee welfare programs and internal engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative and advisory support to management
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management
