Human Resources Business Partner III

About This Role

This role involves being a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to address critical business challenges. The position focuses on client satisfaction and maintaining ADP's service reputation, requiring strong relationship-building skills with both external clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies
• Solve client problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions
• Work independently to resolve issues
• Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions
• Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues
• Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results

• Experience noted above
• Military Experience
