About This Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide proactive HR advice and support to leaders within an innovative, technology-led business experiencing significant growth and transformation. This role involves driving employee engagement, performance, and talent initiatives, while contributing to the company's high-performance, values-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support
• Drive employee engagement, performance, and talent initiatives
• Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
• Manage employee relations and workplace matters
• Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability and team performance
• Support organisational change and business transformation activities
• Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyse workforce data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture

Requirements

• Current experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner
• Approximately 3-5 years of HR BP experience supporting a diverse stakeholder group
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing leaders while balancing both people and business priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Experience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving, or fast-paced environments
• Solid experience across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility quickly
• Eager to contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function and enjoy working in an organisation where HR is viewed as a strategic partner and key driver of business success
