Duties
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting, ATS management, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Facilitate employee orientation and training programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated and informed about company policies.
- Assist with employee evaluation processes, including performance management documentation and feedback collection.
- Manage benefits administration tasks such as benefits enrollment, FMLA documentation, and benefits inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR records through data entry in HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with data collection standards.
- Contribute to HR projects including change management initiatives, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
- Handle confidential information professionally while supporting employee relations efforts and conflict management procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and employment law compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, or Ceridian for data analysis and personnel administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and manage sensitive situations discreetly.
- Familiarity with payroll processing tools like Paychex or Dayforce and benefits administration platforms.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously using project management techniques; experience with ATS like iCIMS or Lever is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance management including OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation procedures, and employment & labor law requirements.
