Responsibilities
- Manage global mobility operations, including payroll coordination, tax administration, relocation support, onboarding activities, and mobility documentation.
- Coordinate immigration processes, including work pass and dependent pass applications, renewals, and related documentation.
- Administer HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee billing workflows, internal chargebacks, approval tracking, and HR-related agreements.
- Support HR system implementation projects, data migration activities, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports to support operational and business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to support daily operations and departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Exposure to mobility administration and immigration processes.
- Knowledge of payroll and mobility-related processes.
- Knowledge of work pass application processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Understanding of Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Regional HR operations experience is an added advantage.
- HR system implementation or transition experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with international mobility, relocation, and immigration processes is an added advantage.
