Job Description

• Setting up and maintaining the HSE Policy, ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are fulfilled
• Inspecting the workplace, assessing hazards/risks, and maintaining evacuation routes, fire safety systems, and first-aid systems
• Maintaining the Emergency Response Procedure and running fire drills/emergency simulations
• Investigating incidents/near misses and conducting root cause analysis
• Recommending and following up on corrective and preventive actions arising from investigations and inspections
• Preparing HSE reports and documentation for internal management and regulatory/authority reporting
• Coordinating and delivering HSE training/awareness programs (e.g. fire safety, first aid, safe work practices) for employees
• Liaising with relevant government bodies/authorities on HSE permits, licenses, and compliance matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant working experience in an HSE role
• Certified AK3 Umum (Ahli K3 Umum) or equivalent HSE certification is a must
• Solid understanding of HSE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
• Experience organizing emergency response plans and fire drill/evacuation simulations
• Good communication and coordination skills to work across departments and with authorities
