Develop your talents
By applying for your expertise within our facility in Pryor OK, as a Health & Safety Coordinator:

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations, including recordkeeping, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, workplace inspections, and hazard analyses to reduce operational risks.
  • Monitor and report safety performance metrics, identifying trends and driving proactive improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver safety training, onboarding, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to strengthen safety knowledge and engagement.
  • Foster a strong safety culture by partnering with employees, leaders, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee PPE compliance, contractor safety programs, and safety requirements for equipment and capital projects.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including response plans, drills, and incident response support across multiple sites.

Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:

  • 3–5 years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
  • Experience with safety programs, audits, incident investigations, and risk management processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with SAP, Power BI, or safety management systems is an asset.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
