About This Role
This HRIS Specialist role is for a professional who will drive the evolution and optimization of the global SuccessFactors system, ensuring its functional definition and model consistency across modules and group companies. The position involves acting as a functional and business reference, guiding decisions on configuration, master data, integrations, and best practices within a dynamic and expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution and optimization of the global SuccessFactors system, leading its functional definition and ensuring model consistency across modules and group companies
- Act as a functional and business reference, guiding decisions on configuration, master data, integrations, and best practices
- Analyze HR processes and translate them into SuccessFactors logic and configuration, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Act as a liaison between software configuration and the business needs of different areas and subsidiaries of the group
- Manage improvement and evolutionary projects, interacting with internal teams, consultants, and global stakeholders
- Ensure functional documentation, testing quality, and effective communication of changes to key users
- Collaborate closely with IT on technical management and support, maintaining a primary focus on functional value and user experience
- Drive system adoption, continuous improvement, and harmonization of HR processes in different countries
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Engineering, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience working with an HR Information System, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in project management or functional coordination in international environments
- Demonstrated ability to understand HR processes and translate them into system solutions aligned with best practices
