About This Role
This HRIS Specialist role is central to the technological evolution of HR within a leading organization that prioritizes digitalization and a people-centric approach. The specialist will ensure stable and future-proof operation of HR systems in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday and other HR applications with a focus on security and integrations.
- Thoroughly test and validate scenarios and data flows before changes go into production.
- Develop advanced reporting and data control solutions to ensure the reliability of HR data.
- Monitor the timeliness and completeness of integrations between different business systems.
- Analyze the root cause of technical incidents and coordinate solutions with internal or external partners.
- Document configurations and choices, and share knowledge about new functionalities within the team.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and optimizing HRIS systems or comparable work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to effortlessly connect complex data with business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, specifically with Power Query, Pivot, and DAX.
- Extremely accurate in testing, validating, and documenting system changes.
- Proactive and independent in addressing unexpected situations and advising stakeholders.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English communication.
