HRIS Specialist

About This Role

This role is for an HRIS Specialist who will work at the intersection of HR, IT, Payroll, and operations, contributing to a more data-driven HR function. The specialist will manage and further develop HR systems, ensuring they effectively support the organization through data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop Flex HRM and other HR systems
• Handle reports, master data, and authorizations
• Develop HR key figures, dashboards, and analytical data
• Drive issues related to data quality and information security
• Provide qualified system support to HR, Payroll, and managers
• Collaborate with system vendors and IT
• Coordinate, manage, and develop HR's overall system support, including Flex HRM, payroll systems, and other existing and future digital HR solutions
• Develop the organization's work in People Analytics

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in HR systems, system management, HR, payroll, or data
• Documented experience in qualified system management, preferably in Flex HRM or a similar HRM system
• Experience with configuration, testing, report building, master data, and authorization administration
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes
• Knowledge of GDPR, information security, and internal control
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
• Strong self-leadership and good collaboration skills
• Driven to develop processes, systems, and working methods that create value for both HR and operations
