HRIS Management Specialist

About This Role

This role involves managing the company's HRIS, supporting its expansion, and ensuring its efficient operation. It suits a specialist who can work closely with HR, IT, and vendors to provide technical support and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR as a customer to understand their nature and business process
• Operate HRIS and set up data structure to support business expansion
• Consult, analyze, and resolve application issues
• Perform application upgrades, and provide training and technical support
• Design and build HRIS reports to meet business requirements
• Work across teams with HRIS, IT, and vendors to find solutions
• Be part of system implementation and testing to ensure the system is accurate and efficient
• Provide guidance for short-term and long-term resolution for end users
• Educate HR customers on HRIS knowledge as business requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
• At least 2 years of related experience desirable
