Job Description
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for the organisation.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and growth.
The Successful Applicant A Successful HRBP Manager Should Have
- 8-10 years experience in business partnering, preferably within industrial machinery or scientific instruments.
- Experienced in merger & acquisition
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence change within an organisation.
- Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights.
