Role & responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives
* Drive grievance handling, retention, culture-building, and change management programs
* Manage compensation & benefits, L&D, and HR compliance activities
* Support strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives with the CHRO
* Ensure effective HR operations, governance, and continuous process improvement
Preferred candidate profile
* MBA/PGDM in HR
* 3-8 years of experience in HRBP/Strategic HR roles
* Background in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Industrial Projects, or Data Centre organizations preferred
* Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws, stakeholder management, and HR operations
* Individual Contributor role
* Male candidates preferred due to site travel requirements
