Responsibilities 医療・介護・ヘルスケア領域で多様なサービスを展開する東証プライム上場企業にて、
事業成長に伴う人事組織再編の一環として、各事業の成長を支援する体制強化を目的にHRBPを募集します。
■ポジションについて HRBPとして事業成長を人・組織の側面から支援いただくポジションです。
担当事業または機能組織のビジネスパートナーとして、人材戦略の策定から採用、配置、育成、理念浸透まで幅広く担い、事業責任者や人事関連部門と連携しながら組織課題の解決を推進いただきます。
■業務内容
- 担当事業領域における採用要件定義および採用活動の推進
- 採用戦略および配置戦略の設計・実行
- 人材戦略（人員計画・予算含む）の策定・推進
- 評価制度の検討および運用支援
- オンボーディング施策の企画・実行
- 理念浸透施策および考課運用の推進
- 事業責任者および人事関連部門との連携による組織課題の解決

Requirements ■必須

以下いずれかの経験3年以上

事業責任者または部門責任者経験（営業、カスタマーサクセス、マーケティング、事業企画等）

HRBP、人事部長、人事マネージャー、採用マネージャー等の経験
■歓迎
- 事業開発または戦略企画の経験
- KPI設計・運用およびデータ分析経験
- 組織改革または人事制度導入プロジェクトの推進経験
- 経営層または株主との英語を用いた折衝経験
