About the role
Role Overview: A senior leadership position focused on HR transformation within a consulting environment, leading workforce transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and deliver services in areas such as organization design, target operating models, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client service through stakeholder management, workshops, deliverables, and project oversight.
- Drive thought leadership, develop tools, resources, and training to support workforce transformation efforts.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, articles, whitepapers, and guides to advance the practice's intellectual capital.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals and client outreach.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in organizational design, talent development, workforce strategy, or related advisory services, with at least 10 years in consulting.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives, managing client portfolios, and executing project management best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; willingness to travel as needed.
