Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in administrativen Personalfragen und begleiten den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:
• Betreuung administrativer Personalprozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen und weiteren Personaldokumenten
• Unterstützung beim Onboarding und Offboarding
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten in unseren HR-Systemen
• Unterstützung bei Zeitwirtschaft und Entgeltabrechnung
• Betreuung von Benefits und Sozialleistungen
• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
• Unterstützung bei Recruiting-Aktivitäten und administrativen Personalprojekten
• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration oder Mitarbeiterbetreuung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- oder Personalwesen von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen wünschenswert
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Personnel Administration & Employee Support
Your role
In this position, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that our HR processes are implemented reliably, service-oriented and professionally. They make an important contribution to a positive employee experience and support trusting cooperation within the company.
Your tasks
You will be the contact person for our employees and managers in administrative personnel matters and accompany the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to departure.
In particular, your tasks will include:
- Support for administrative personnel processes from entry to exit
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and other personnel documents
- Onboarding and offboarding support
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data in our HR systems
- Support with time management and payroll accounting
- Support for benefits and social benefits
- Contact person for employees and managers for HR-related issues
- Preparation of evaluations and reports
- Support with recruiting activities and administrative personnel projects
- Collaboration in the optimization and digitization of HR processes
Your profile
- Commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of human resources
- First to several years of professional experience in personnel administration or employee support
- Good knowledge of labor, social security or human resources is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HR systems desirable
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- High trustworthiness and discretion
- Strong service and team orientation
- Enjoyment of dealing with people
