HR Specialist

About This Role

This HR Specialist role is an operational position within the Personnel Office, reporting directly to the HR Manager. The specialist will focus on recruitment, selection, and training, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select personnel (produce and publish job offers, screen CVs, etc.) using various recruiting portals, with a particular focus on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage interviews
• Manage employee relations and the onboarding process for newly hired personnel, ensuring the correct execution of the Induction training program
• Ensure the updating of organizational provisions and company organizational charts
• Draft and update job descriptions and evaluate competencies in accordance with company policy
• Define and manage annual training plans, ensuring the implementation of programs and monitoring their completion

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in humanities, psychological, economic, or legal disciplines (a master's degree in human resources is a preferential requirement)
• At least 3 years of previous experience as an HR Specialist gained in medium-sized manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English, at least B1/B2 level
• Ability to manage and organize training courses

• Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 1-hour break
• Contract: direct, permanent
