The HR Specialist acts as a key point of contact for employees and HR Business Partners regarding HR-related questions and processes. This role ensures that operational HR processes run efficiently, carefully, and accurately. You will be the face of the HR Service Desk, where employees can turn with their questions, working alongside two direct colleagues. The position emphasizes administrative HR tasks (approximately 80%), supplemented by HR Service Desk activities (approximately 20%). Additionally, you will work with HR data and analyses, contributing to insights into HR processes and well-founded decision-making.
