About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor sector, is seeking a HR SharePoint Architect to join their team. As a HR SharePoint Architect, you will be part of the HR Operations support team, contributing to the design and implementation of a centralized HR document repository. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR SharePoint Architect
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Pay Range: $35-45/hr. What's the Job?
- Consult on existing HR document repositories and design a unified HR Operations Hub.
- Structure SharePoint Online architecture, including site structure, navigation, and governance standards.
- Execute content migration, standardization, and consolidation across multiple repositories.
- Configure approval workflows, version control, and audit trails using Power Automate.
- Build metadata schemas, implement permissions, and develop an AI-ready content library for search and knowledge agents.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture, including hub/spoke site design and large-scale content migrations.
- Expertise with SharePoint metadata, site columns, content types, and managed metadata/term store.
- Experience configuring workflows with Power Automate for approval and publishing processes.
- Knowledge of records management, version control, and compliance standards, including ISO readiness.
