The Role Key Responsibilities Manage UAE immigration operations through structured internal coordination, case administration, data collection, documentation review, and timely follow-up. Support in country immigration processing by ensuring all required Kyndryl data, approvals, and employee documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines. Partner with Global Mobility & Immigration, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees, and the immigration provider to enable efficient and coordinated case progression, Emiratization hiring aligns across the UAE entities. Coordinate with the Country HR Leader and business stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, data accuracy, and process discipline. Review and validate employee and case information, including contracts, salary details, job titles, employment terms, and all documentation required for UAE immigration processing. Monitor immigration case progress, government notifications, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding actions to ensure timely completion and mitigate delays. Drive follow-ups on missing documentation, pending approvals, UAE Pass actions, E-signature approvals, medicals, biometrics, and other employee or internal requirements. Drive follow-ups on government queries and notifications, including responding to MOHRE and other ministry communications in coordination with the immigration provider and Country HR Leader. Support structured coordination across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and the immigration provider, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and timely escalations. Facilitate accurate capture of funding details and cost center information through engagement with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders. Escalate delays, risks, exceptions, or complex matters to the Global Mobility & Immigration team when required. Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for the immigration provider, ensuring complete case submissions, disciplined execution, and timely issue resolution. Liaise with the immigration provider and relevant UAE authorities, including MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA, to support immigration filings, compliance requirements, and workplace inspections/site visits. Support adherence to defined escalation channels and consistent use of formal processes and tools for case tracking and employee queries. Ensure all policy-related decisions are aligned with Global Mobility & Immigration governance. Support EMEA overall personnel administration activities, ensuring employee data updates and documentation are accurately prepared, distributed and maintained in HR systems Support broader EMEA HR Services case management activities, including handling employee inquiries, maintaining case records, and ensuring timely resolution in line with service standards Who You Are Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in UAE immigration, mobility, or HR operations Strong understanding of UAE immigration processes (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA frameworks) and knowledge of localization requirements (Emiratization rules) Experience working with external immigration providers and government authorities Experience working with Nafis job boards Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and service management tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, tracking, and reporting Fluent Arabic (mandatory) Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken) Core Competencies Customer centric mindset with strong problem solving skills Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Collaboration and stakeholder management across functions Continuous improvement and change positive mindset High standards of confidentiality and data accuracy Structured, process-driven approach with strong follow-up discipline High level of accountability and ownership Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and teams Being You The Kyn in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities. Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in UAE immigration, mobility, or HR operations
Strong understanding of UAE immigration processes (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA frameworks) and knowledge of localization requirements (Emiratization rules)
Experience working with external immigration providers and government authorities
Experience working with Nafis job boards
Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and service management tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
