HR Reporting Officer

Your Main Activities Are

• Perform & Monitor CIB & ALMT Headcount
• Manage Headcount corrections and positions management
• Oversee data collection and analysis for Specific Populations
• Design and deliver dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders
• Act as the point of contact for ALMT Business Line

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Management
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel
• Analytical ability and critical thinking
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities
• Strong team spirit, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
