Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and headhunting
- Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Build talent pipelines for niche and senior-level positions
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, and candidate joining
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and existing clients
- Conduct market research on industries, companies, talent availability, and salary trends
- Support domestic and international recruitment assignments
- Gradually develop expertise in executive search and leadership hiring
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Consulting
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply, if considered for entry-level openings
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in interacting with candidates and senior professionals
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work towards targets
- Willingness to learn about different industries and international markets
