HR Recruiter

About This Role

Managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations for the Head Office and Project Sites is the core of this HR Recruiter role. The position suits an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Post jobs, maintain recruitment trackers, and onboard engineers, supervisors, skilled/semi-skilled workers, and support staff.
• Develop and maintain a reliable construction manpower pool for current and upcoming projects with timely closure of required positions.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, transfers, attendance, and workforce requirements across project sites.
• Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding manpower planning and workforce productivity.
• Ensure timely joining and deployment of required manpower at project sites.
• Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, and recruitment status reports.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures across project locations.
• Work closely with senior management to resolve manpower and HR-related issues.

Requirements

• Graduate degree MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate.
• Strong experience in construction manpower management.
• Strong recruitment and manpower planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Ability to use MS Excel, HR MIS, recruitment portals, and AI-based HR/recruitment tools for improving recruitment and HR processes.
