About This Role
Recruiting for clients in the Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, and Insurance sectors is the core of this role, managing the entire process from sourcing to onboarding. The position suits a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter who can ensure timely closures and a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Banking, NBFC, and Insurance profiles
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine, referrals, and other recruitment platforms
- Handle hiring for sales, relationship management, branch banking, CASA, loans, credit, collections, and insurance sales profiles
- Screen candidates based on experience, salary, location, communication skills, and notice period
- Conduct initial screening calls and explain job roles and requirements to candidates
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate pipelines
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including lineups, selections, and joinings
- Build and maintain a strong database of relevant candidates for current and future requirements
- Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; HR or management background preferred
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or Insurance hiring
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Shine, and LinkedIn
- Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases
