Recruiting for a real estate development company, the HR Recruiter manages the entire hiring process from start to finish. This role suits a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can support a growing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and maintain regular communication
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and build a strong candidate pipeline
- Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with good communication skills may also apply
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and follow up with candidates effectively
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach
