HR Recruiter

About This Role

Recruiting for IT and non-IT roles is the core of this job, which involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This hands-on role suits an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter who will work closely with the recruitment team and clients to identify suitable candidates and guide them through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and other recruitment channels
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and other requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in Recruit Software/ATS
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
• Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview status
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets
• Maintain proper documentation and status updates for all candidates

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak confidently with candidates
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to use job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Willingness to learn ATS/recruitment technology such as Zoho Recruit
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
