Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in HR consulting, transformation, or project management roles
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capability
- Experience leading workstreams or small teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage moderate ambiguity and cross-functional coordination
