About the Role
Global Transformations requires global process development that is tightly aligned with transition wave planning. This role ensures global standards are designed with timing, adoptability, and transition constraints in mind, rather than abstract best practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Designs, steers, and continuously improve global HR process standards across TA, WFM, Payroll, and Time, ensuring end‑to‑end consistency and alignment with BASF’s enterprise architecture.
- Owns and steers the HR service product portfolio, including KPIs, controls, compliance requirements, and global service definitions to safeguard operational excellence.
- Drives global consistency by influencing regional service hubs and ensuring adherence to standard, leveraging communities such as HR Com+ for alignment.
- Embeds automation, RPA, and AI‑driven solutions into processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Ensures process readiness and integration for major transformation programs and system transitions (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).
Technical Skills
- Deep HR domain knowledge across Payroll, Time, Workforce Management, or TA.
- Experience in global shared services transition or consolidation.
- Strong stakeholder influencing and decision-making capability.
- Experienced single contributor level.
