HR PMO & Change Delivery Director - Regional

Reporting to the VP, Org Optimisation & Technology (APAC), you’ll play a key role in shaping, building and delivering our HR transformation agenda across APAC. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll translate priorities into action developing new ways of working, redesigning processes and employee experiences, and driving transformation from concept through to adoption. As an individual contributor, your ability to influence, engage and bring people with you will be critical. You will work across HR, business and functional teams, building trusted relationships, navigating different perspectives and creating alignment to move complex initiatives forward. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, strong people skills and delivery capability to create meaningful, sustainable change across the region.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver HR transformation projects with structure, governance, and strategic alignment
• Redesign processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
• Translate business goals into actionable HR change plans
• Influence cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working
• Build frameworks that balance global standards with regional execution realities
• Develop tailored change strategies and communications that drive engagement
• Activate peer champions and foster ownership across geographies

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in HR transformation, change management, or business-facing roles
• Proven track record of leading change through planning, alignment, and delivery
• Ability to simplify complex deployments into practical, people-centered solutions
• Experience using HR tech (e.g., Workday, Darwinbox, MS365) to enable outcomes
• Strong influencer across matrixed, global teams and layered decision-making
• Clear, confident communicator with cross-cultural stakeholder engagement
• Business-first mindset focused on performance, process, and employee experience
• Resilient and solutions-oriented brings positivity and stability through change
