Job Description:

Collaborate with manager on workforce planning, manpower strategies, and the overall employee lifecycle.

Manage the hiring process, oversee onboarding, orientation, exits, retirements, and re-employment.

Maintain the HRIS database, update employee files, and manage system access for new hires.

Ensure all practices for local and foreign employees align with statutory regulations and MOM guidelines.

Handle accurate payroll processing, CPF contributions, and coordinate pre-employment medical checks.
Job requirement:
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience
