As a HR Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions, drive change management, and align workforce initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead process improvements, HR systems enhancement, and digitalisation efforts to streamline operations and ensure scalable, best-in-class SOPs.
- Coach and mentor the HR team while driving initiatives that elevate employee engagement, strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and foster a high-performing workplace culture.
- Oversee strategic headcount planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics to optimize talent deployment, address critical skill gaps, and support long-term organisational growth.
- Direct talent acquisition, succession planning, and staff development frameworks to attract, nurture, and retain key talent across all business units.
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and organisational objectives to drive performance and retention.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with unions, industry bodies, and external partners.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws, maintain accurate HR records, and establish robust governance protocols across all people operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with managerial or leadership responsibilities.
