An HR Manager is needed to oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and company policies. This role involves building a productive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Monitor leaves, working hours, and employee performance
- Handle employee queries and workplace concerns
- Promote a positive and professional work culture
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
- Maintain employee databases and documentation
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary records
- Manage exit formalities, notice periods, and full-and-final settlements
- Implement HR policies and workplace guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support applicable labour law and statutory compliance requirements
- Track probation periods, appraisals, and employee contracts
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals
- Work with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Track employee productivity and training requirements
- Prepare regular HR reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR documentation
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and labour compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
