HR Manager

About This Role

Managing the company's human resources functions is the core of this role, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. This position suits an HR professional with a degree and at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company objectives
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee exit processes
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals, departmental targets, and performance improvement plans
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave administration, and employee conduct
• Handle employee relations, workplace grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programmes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation, compensation administration, and benefits coordination
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
• Advise management on workforce planning, staffing requirements, employee productivity, and HR-related risks
• Promote the company’s core values, professional conduct, accountability, and employee engagement
• Prepare regular HR reports covering recruitment, attendance, turnover, performance, and other relevant workforce metrics

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
