HR Manager

About This Role

The HR Manager will build a disciplined, performance-focused team and handle complete HR operations for Movigo. This role suits an energetic and responsible individual ready to take ownership in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for telecalling, field sales, operations, delivery, and office roles
• Post jobs on Indeed, Job Hai, social media, and other hiring platforms
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage joining and onboarding
• Manage attendance, leave, salary inputs, and employee records
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
• Track employee performance, provide daily reporting, and follow up on targets
• Maintain office discipline, employee engagement, and retention
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and cost control
• Handle exit formalities and replacement hiring when required

Requirements

• Experience in HR recruitment and employee management preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable with a target-based, fast-growing startup environment
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation
• Experience in hiring telecallers, sales executives, or field staff will be an advantage

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media posting, Meta/Facebook ads, Canva creatives, or lead-generation campaigns
