Required Candidate Profiles

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
• 4 - 5 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering sectors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and comfort with HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Job Description

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Assist in posting job ads on social medias and company websites.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the orientation of new employees.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
• Performance & Talent Management: Design performance appraisal systems.
• Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to streamline the HR process.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.
• HR Operations & MIS: Oversee daily HR administration records management, HRIS maintenance, and production of analytical HR reports.
