HR Leadership (Plant HRBP)
- To support the organization for Implementing Strategic initiatives
- To Plan, Organize and Coordinate for six pillar and Unit level activities
- Act as SPOC for implementation of organisation wide transformation projects
- Provide inputs to the corporate HR team on HR process automation in line with employee requirements.
- Collaborate with leaders to arrive at the optimum workforce strength
- Work along with the corporate team to establish workforce planning and to ensure right talent in the right roles with right numbers. Facilitating Induction for new joiners
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet staffing needs
- Ensure preparedness of audit documents for all certification / system audits
- Support and drive change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify training and development needs and collaborate with Learning & Development teams. Coordination and Support for conducting training programmes and measuring their effectiveness after training
- Coordinate with Engagement team for the adherence of Employee Engagement calendar
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best practices
- Ensure alignment of MPCPs for individuals w.r.t Organizational objectives
- Guide Managers and employees to complete their Performance appraisals
- Assist leaders in identifying successors for critical and Key roles. Work on Career development for Employees
- Candidates with BE with MBA HR having experience in manufacturing domain where TQM, DWM is in practise.
Preferred candidate profile
Ideal Candidate: -
- BE + MBA HR graduates with minimum 18-20 years’ experience in pure manufacturing/engineering domain. Preference is only for BE graduates. Exceptionally good candidates with basic graduation in science can also be considered. Graduates from other disciplines not preferred.
Should have worked in TQM practising companies for a considerable period of time. Should have proven experience in planning, coordinating six pillar activities at unit/plant level.
- Candidate should be below 45 years of age. (Mandatory requirement) Candidates born in 2002 or after 2002)
- Candidates should have good proficiency in English and Tamil (MANDATORY). Proficiency in Hindi will be preferred.
- Should have experience in handling and coordinating transformational projects – TQM
- Should have good proven experience in Implementation and deployment of Performance Appraisal Systems.
- Should have good experience in driving processes for identification of Training needs, Training calendar, coordination for training programs.
- Should have good experience in work force planning and arriving at the optimal workforce requirement.
- Should have good experience handling and driving TA teams to meet operational workforce requirements,
- Experience in Employment Engagement Activities,
- Experience in Compliance with required labour laws and company policies.
- Experience in Succession Planning and career development activities
- Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore Location.
