Terros Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee services, compliance, and administrative processes within a healthcare organization.
The HR Intern will support a variety of HR functions, assist with employee records and data management, help coordinate projects, and provide customer service to employees and leaders. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in building a career in Human Resources.

- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR compliance activities, audits, and tracking requirements.
- Help process employee information updates, including name and demographic changes.
- Assist with monitoring and responding to requests in the HR ticketing system.
- Prepare, organize, and file HR-related documents and reports.
- Assist with special projects related to employee engagement, wellness initiatives, benefits, and HR operations.
- Conduct research and gather information to support HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service when responding to routine employee questions and requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
