About This Role
This HR Generalist role focuses on payroll and administration, supporting the HR department in managing the operational administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle. The role contributes to ensuring efficient and timely management of HR administrative practices, collaborating with external consultants and supporting the daily needs of the company's employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative practices related to the employee lifecycle (hires, extensions, transformations, terminations)
- Prepare and manage contractual documentation and HR forms
- Support the management of mandatory communications and relationships with labor consultants
- Collect and verify monthly attendance, check for anomalies, and interface with the payroll consultant for payslip processing
- Monitor holidays, permits, and other absences
- Support the management of expense reports and benefits, where applicable
- Support daily employee requests on administrative matters
- Update and manage HR databases and management systems
- Archive and organize HR documentation
- Support the review and update of internal policies in line with current legislation
- Support the optimization and digitalization of HR administrative processes
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on personnel administration and payroll
- Good knowledge of labor law and contract law
- Experience in managing HR administrative practices (hires, extensions, terminations, contractual changes)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of English
